Why do men play sooo many games?????


They tend to claim that women play games, when in fact they're the ones who made up the rule book and we're just playing along.


In no way am I trying to male bash... But I just thought I'd share some "common" games that most men share the same rule book for. Smh.



Here are the top ones that come to mind....




1) Classic "cat and mouse" game- this game is played most often in the beginning. The"cat" is intrigued and just has to capture that "mouse" . The thrill of the chase is intense in the beginning and dwindles off once the mouse has been "caught." My advice ladies...play hard to get as long as you can...cuz this is the time when you will probably get the most attention and have the upper hand.


2) Houdini Vanishing Act- another classic! In this game, men become magicians and "POOF" disappear without a trace. They go M.I.A on you for some unexplained reason and all calls/voicemails/texts go into a black hole leaving us wondering wtf happened?????


Ladies the more you try to chase him... the more he will RUN!!!


So, my advice...lay low too and be ghost till he decides to come around. Keep your time occupied and show him that "POOF" you can disappear too! He'll wonder where you've gone and will reappear out the woodwork . Two magicians is always more fun than one! lol! I know.. (rolling eyes)...juevenile, but works! See # 5 below...




3) The Technical Game- this game has been notorious for getting under my skin. UGH!!! Good thing is, I've always managed to be good at this one too. This is when a dude uses technicalities on his side to make logic out of something that clearly doesn't add up.


>Him: "I'm going out with a few friends tonight"
>You: "Ok..have fun!"
>>>Fast forward to next day...


>You: "So I heard that you had a blast last night with your "friends"...thanks for mentioning that your ex was gonna be partying with you too! Yeah that's right...my girl Chantelle saw you and put you on blast! Explain that!!!"
>Him: "Well technically, my ex is a friend, I told you I was going out with "friends."

My opinion...."Technically you lied or are lying... case closed!!"


4) Roll over and "play dumb/dead"- This is when the guy is totally "oblivious" to what you're saying to him... or that's what he'd like you to think. He'll play dumb and have this blank empty stare on his face as you talk to him. This tactic is used when they sense an argument coming on. This is a defense mechanism used while you question and confront them and their back is against the wall. They flip the script on you and make you feel like you're exaggerating and turning a molehill into a mountain. Every point you make sounds crazy to them and they just don't see or get why you're so "angry". For the record...Fellas we're onto this one.


5) Tic for Tac- This is the one-upper that we're all guilty of...at least I know I am! lol. This is when the guy does something just cuz you did it. Let's say you head out with your girls for a night of drinks & partying... if he feels left out in any way and has a twinge of jealousy... guess what? You better believe that the following weekend he will most definitely be having an "unplanned and random" wild getaway weekend with the fellas . He will deny the true reason for this outing to the fullest if confronted. But we all know the underlying reason is cuz... you did it.
